Outer space is such a vast wealth of vocabulary, considering there are endless things in the universe with names that differ from language to language. If you'd like to add some of these space-themed words to your Filipino vocabulary, then you're definitely in luck because we've added a wide range of different English to Filipino translations that you might still need to learn.

To better digest this new information, the translations have been split into four categories. First you will find a series of general space-themed words like galaxy or solar system, then you will see the translations for all of the planets. After this, there are other named objects of space like the sun and the moon, then finally, there are some sample sentences to help you put your knowledge together into something more complete.

This second list contains all the English to Filipino translated names of the planets in our solar system. (Yes, I included Pluto, because I'm still not ready to give up on it.) While below they are ordered alphabetically, if you want to know the order of the planets when working outwards from the sun, then it's Mercury (Merkuryo), Venus (Benus), Earth (Daigdig), Mars (Marte), Jupiter (Hupiter), Saturn (Saturno), Neptune (Neptuno), Uranus (Urano), and Pluto (Pluto).
