Okay, so I started watching Kingyo Club yesterday - a story about a girl having troubles in school (getting singled out and treated poorly) and the guy that comes to her "rescue". I started it thinking... okay, this is so much like Koizora (the feeling about the whole production) which I did enjoy... but I'm getting off track a bit here... anyway I was really getting into this drama as well. The storyline is very, very cliche, but since it's fast moving and doesn't drag on and on and on it was a nice distraction.
I should explain that a bit... in how it doesn't drag on and on and on... I wasn't really paying attention to the time while I was watching until I reached the 7th episode in one day. I thought to myself... there's no friggin' way. I didn't just waste that many hours today on this one show. (Like I said, I was pretty much just clicking "next video" without paying attention to the time). But after doing a quick Google, I read that the show consisted of all 20-minute long episodes, so I didn't feel nearly as bad.
Pretty much, in the same time as a movie would have been, I had watched 7 episodes. I could certainly deal with that.
Anyway... since the series is 10 episodes long... I wanted to watch the final three episodes, but I was having a real hard time finding them. The ones that were showing up on all of the common drama sites were already deleted, so I went over to Google Video search to see what I could find. This is where the real troubles began. You wouldn't believe what started showing up when I was searching for Kingyo Club episode 8...
First I searched for: kingyo club 8. It's displays results for: team 8 (whatever that happens to be, I don't know... it was a mix of stuff ranging from anime to the daily show.)
Next I searched for: kingyo club ep 8. It displays results for: yukan club ep 8 (I do know what that is... I've already watched some of it... but I never did get around to finishing it.)
It ended up being a search for kingyo club ep 08 that did the trick.
